Tara Ledford, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is a distinguished healthcare professional from Cleveland, TN. Commencing her career at Life Care Center of Cleveland in 2004, she worked as a CNA while pursuing her education at CSCC. Graduating as a registered nurse in 2008, she progressed to Erlanger Medical Center, where she worked as a registered nurse while furthering her education. She earned a Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 2011 and a Master’s in Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in 2018. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Tara has provided dedicated service to both Cleveland and Chattanooga communities. As a devoted mother of two, she values her family time during her leisure.
